Ongoing Design Support for an Early Learning Childcare Center

Morning Glory Early Learning Center is a community-based childcare center in New Haven, CT. I worked with the center as an ongoing design collaborator, supporting both their digital presence and printed materials over multiple years. My work focused on creating clear, approachable design solutions that support parents, educators, and families while reinforcing trust, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.

My Role:

  • Ongoing Squarespace website design, updates, and content support

  • Design of marketing and informational materials (flyers, brochures, banners, signage)

  • Educational booklet design for parent and family resources

  • Development of enrichment and gift materials for staff and families

 

Parent Enrichment Handbook

The Parent Enrichment Handbook was developed as a supportive resource to help families understand early childhood development milestones. The design balances warmth and clarity, presenting educational content in an approachable format that avoids overwhelm while remaining informative.

I collaborated with the center’s Director and Head Consultant to develop the booklet’s layout, illustration style, and print-ready files, ensuring the final piece was accessible, engaging, and easy to navigate for parents.
